Sure, we are factory.

2, What’s the sample fee?

Usually, we can offer 1 set free product to you as sample if you could cover the shipping cost, if you want more, we’ll charge you the sample fee but can refund it to you after you place order.

Sample lead time: 1~2 days for stock product, 5~7 days for shipping.

Out of stock, need to confirm it.

3, Can I do the OEM or ODM products?

Yes, kindly offer us the samples or your AI or PDF format, then we’ll check the details and let you know, thanks.

4, What’s your shipping time for order?

Small amount, we can shipped them out within 2~3 days after received your payment.

Big amount, might 25~30 days, due to the material and amount.

5, Do you have QC ?

Yes, we’ll do the QC before shipping, make sure the products are good.

6, Which craft we can use on the products?
A:Silk-screen,embroidery,coining,Woven label,wash label etc.

7, What is your production procedure?
A:Order →Pre→Produce sample →Material-purchasing →Fabric quality control →Production →Inspection →Packing →Delivery.
